Our Property Management Division has four full time residential managers and two commercial managers to serve all of your management needs. We manage a portfolio of over 600 properties, serving owners and tenants in residential, commercial, industrial and retail environments. We also maintain a significant inventory of residences for seasonal rental to visitors wishing to enjoy the sunny Florida climate during the winter months.

Our fee for managing residential long term rentals (7 months or longer) is 15% of all gross rent collected each month and short term (less than 7 months) is 15% of all gross rent collected each month. All others, commercial, industrial, and retail will be negotiated.

Place a sign on your property if permitted.
Take calls and give out information on available rentals.
Show properties to perspective tenants.
Take and verify applications for prospective tenants.
Run credit and criminal history background on prospective tenants.
Payment and supervision of monthly maintenance expenses.
Collect rents at the 1st of the month and disperse checks to owners at the end of the month.
Provide owners with monthly cash flow.
File evictions for non payment of rent.
